"Annoying" doesn't qualify for an expedite. Normal or somewhat abnormal weather does not qualify. Not liking the weather does not qualify. A hurricane that destroys your home might qualify. An earthquake that destroys your home might qualify. Living in a pandemic area might qualify.

Thanks for the help guys, although I have no set home lol. I just fly between the two whenever I get tired of one. My real home is in Texas, my parents live in Texas and I grew up my whole life in FL. I kind of just stay by family for a little while until I can come back home and get married.

it seems she has spent most of her life in the US, legally and illegally. Now she is trying to find a way to live here permanently and legally. Why her family did not petition for her I don't understand.

I lived in the US for 16 years legally. I had a really bad lawyer (who wasn't even lawyer at all, she was a fraud) who gave me really bad advice and said I needed to be 2 years illegal for DACA, which turned out to be false. Everything got cleared up now and the ICE is working on my case with the lawyer and could possibly bring me back home but thats going to take about 2 years. In the mean time the ICE and the congressman of Texas said they'd help as best they could.

Edit//: My parents live in the US under an e2 visa
