Hello!

Just wanted to see if this is a common problem or its just me?

Every time I go to check my case status on the myUSCIS website, I get this error:

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
  • At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks!

Same as what had happened to us, It has been error for so long and then I got tired of checking everyday, and since I know that my Fiance will receive a letter in case we are already approve. so I stopped.

and then one night after weeks, I checked it again. I was soo nervous because I was able to open it and saw Case was Approved..
