Hi everyone,

I apologize to the admin if I am posting to the wrong forum.

so folks, we called the NVC and they gave us the case number. I wanted to ask you guys how to know if we received the bill, should I recall and ask if the AOS bill has been issued?

another question is that we are having two joint sponsors, they are both friends, one is an American citizen and another is a Green Card Holder, the AC has his wife sponsored on his income, and the GC holder has nobody sponsored on his income.

which forms does the AC need and which ones does the GC holder need to fill?

where can I download these docs from?

our lawyer in the states told us that there is DS-260 and DS-261, can we fill any of these with the Case number given? or we need some additional info from the NVC?

does the NVC need the AOS in original or a scanned copy would do the work? as I heard now that NVC accept photocopies? Please help  I am so lost

thanks a lot folks, you are super helpful!

If you have a lawyer attached to your case you should not get the DS-261.

please read this:

This is the best thread to join right now, Salyin is the best and her first post is very important read it and read it again and again and if you have questions then you can post a question. Good luck to you and congratulations one more step your done with. :Dhttp://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/520888-nvc-filers-november-2014/

Yes NVC is now changed and is asking for copies of your documents only and you have to take the originals to the interview just in case they ask you for them. I'm not sure about the DS forms, I filled out the DS-260 online on their page so I have no clue about that. Just so to Salyins thread you will have to ask on the thread about his one.
