My fiance and I were walking down a street in Vancouver a little while ago. A very intoxicated gentleman came up to us on a street corner and began telling us that we were such a happy couple and so cute. He said we looked so good together and wanted my fiance to hug me. We were thinking that next he was going to ask for some money or smokes, but he just continued on his way.

Think we can bring this guy to the embassy tomorrow with us to "prove our love"? :lol::lol::lol:

Methinks tomorrow he may not be in any condition to prove anything. ;)

We were crammed shoulder to shoulder walking through in a medina in Morocco a few weeks back. A man got in my face and breathed, "Félicitations!" in a loud, guttural whisper. I guess I could take some sort of weird affirmation from that, but it was all I could do to keep from bursting out laughing.

We had a less creepy encounter - we were out to dinner several months after our wedding, and a woman at another table asked us if we were newlyweds. I thought it was sweet, and funny b/c it's not like we were acting out with crazy PDA's or something - I guess they could just see that we were happy together.
