Hello i have very interesting question, My case was send at NVC at 18 Apr 2014 when the VISA BULLETIN was current for dates till 08 September 2013, and my priority date is July 22 2013, in April 2014 i started with NVC processing,send all documents payed all fees, but because of case delaying and some mistakes we completed our case in 12 November 2014, so i want to ask do i need to wait for visa bulletin to came current , because right now is 22 MAR 2013 or they consider me like current because case was in NVC in 18 APR 2014 when visa bulletin was CURRENT for aplications till 08 SEP 2013? Please answer me if i should wait 5-6 months till my case will be current again, or im considered as current already? I am in F2A category.

Now you wait until your PD is current. No you aren't current until your PD is current.

Well once your PD becomes current hopefully they will schedule you. You can always call at that time. But yes NVC scheduled the interviews for the next months Interviews.

Nothing to do but keep an eye on the Visa Bulletin and wait. Once you are schedule yes they email to the addresses they have on file.

You need to keep an eye on Visa bulletin dear. I hvbeen stucked in yhis since so long. U can see my journey in my signature. My case completed on 26March 2014 n VB retrogress before scheduling an interview. Since then,m waiting for my priority date to b current. Its 24May2013.

No. Its for FB categories. Applicable to spoyse of LPRs.

Do cr1 visa app in nvc have kind of these things too? Current or whatever?

i feel really sorry for you sf786, for waiting that long time, but we must look for good news only and look ahead, looks like they cleared the 2012 backlog as for December 2014, shows that visa number are avaiables for case from JAN 01 2013 till 22 MAR 2013 , so there are no more 2012 cases on waiting lounge, we are near, we are veryy near, so we need to hope for the best, also i dont think that in 2015 there will be any retrogress for F2A because that will be to much waiting time for 2013 cases!
