I just checked the timeline of the local office (Saint Paul) and it is moved to July 20, 2014. I filed for Adjustment of Status on July 14, 2014. Seems finally things are moving. However, I filed for renewing my EAD yesterday. I hope they will process July filers soon.

Been waiting 10 months now :clock:

Hey guys. Any updates?

I have applied on April/17. Some of the people that applied in April, already got their interview done! They are from different areas of the country.

The deal about saint paul is they are so back logged- we sent package on the 31st of oct ,I had a successful interview on may21st , the io recommended us for approval, up till now we still haven't heard anything from them, so I called them 2days ago and they told me we have been recommended and they are still reviewing those applicant from aug 2014 and the tier 2 officer told me they don't approve on the spot,that its all tales, only if the local office is not backlogged or the IO is a superior officer then you get approved, SO of you had your interview in saint paul and they didn't send you an rfe, just relax and wait on the quee till its ur turn again

i know this is a 2 year old thread almost, but considering the fact that i have filed for AOS from F1 and Saint Paul, MN is my local office, curious to know how things are moving with others who share the same office.

The wait seems to be around 9M-12Months :(

Latest Sept 30, 2016 processing times say applications under process are dated Dec 27 2015 :oops:

Anybody else from this local office in 2016 ?

ROC Timeline

 

June 15, 2020: Sent package through USPS

June 18, 2020: Delivered to Arizona PO box

June 23, 2020: Credit Card Debited

June 24, 2020: E notification for case (LIN-Receipt) 

July  15, 2020: Case was updated to show that fingerprints were taken

July 16, 2020 : Official NOA letter dated July 1 was received  

July 20, 2020 : Official fingerprint taken notice dated July 15 was received

March 05, 2021: Status updated to "Card in Production"

March 06, 2021: Status updated to I-751 Approved

Me and Sebastian are both Dec 16 filers. I believe we are still waiting and it's getting even longer over 1 year know.

12/15/2016 --> Checks Cashed!
