I-29F G-325A

Hello All . I have sent in my I-29F in August and sadly I was not aware of this website. I did send in all the things they have asked for with the exception of G-325A. Did anyone here receive RFE or Denial for not sending in G-325A? Is there a way I can send it in to be attached to my file before hearing back from them?

Check on the RFE master list but yes I imagine this will be an RFE, just get it prepared so you can send it off as soon as it arrives

Thanks for your reply. I went through the master RFE list, but man is it toooo big to go through. Is there an easy way to actually search a thread?

You can search the whole forum, I am yet to figure out a way to search individual threads!

The only thread I could find was this one: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/452671-damn-rfe-any-advice/which seems to imply that it will be an RFE.

Don't forget that both the petitioner and beneficiary need to fill out a g-325a. Both should have the original signature and you also need a passport photo for both of you to go with it if you didn't include that already.

I sent a passport photo of her and I already with the original filing. The only thing i missed was the G-325A.

Yes, you will get RFE.

No, doesnt exist a way to send it before the RFE hardcopy.
