Thinking Friday will be the day we send out petition in. Depends if I get her originally signed G325A and Intent to marry documents tomorrow by 12 noon. It is suppose to snow 4-8 inches tomorrow so hopefully no delay. She sent the docs by Fedex last Friday and they were suppose to arrive on Monday or Tuesday, but the courier didn't send them out like they should have, so the docs weren't officially scanned and sent until Monday the 24th. So hopefully no more delays. Anyway, whether it is Friday or Monday everything will work out fine .

K1 inclusions. I did not include the following with my K1 application a month ago. Is that ok? I thought it could be sent later... Form 1040 and W2 and certificate of employment, the letter of intent and other stuff that can be use as a proof of ongoing relationship.

Should I seems it now? I did get notice of acceptance. I would love to talk to any American guys who have been successful or are in the process of a k1 visa application. tigersmn @ gmail.com

No, do not send them now. Financials are not included with the I-129F petition. You will need to provide the I-134 and supporting documents to the foreign fiance(e) for the actual K-1 visa interview.

You may receive an RFE for the letters of intent though. Wait for the RFE before sending anything else in though.

Zero chance. K1 petitions go to either Texas Service Center or California Service Center
