Timeline

Starting from nov 12, 2014, all the documents sent to NVC must be a copy.

All the originals will be sent to the Consulate.

This news was taken from the AILA website.

Feb 12, 2014 I-130 Initial review
Mar 3, 2014 I-129F K3 Initial review
July 12, 2014 end of the timeline that Nebraska indicate for NOA2
Sep 09, USCIS contacted, delay of time due to "security checks"
Sep 15, Senator take care about my case
Sep 20, same answer to my senator from USCIS
Sept 25, I-130 and K3 has been approved!
Oct 15, I-130 sent to NVC from USCIS.
Oct 21, I-130 received by NVC.
Waiting to have a number from NVC and the timelimit of 30 days has gone
48 days and no case number received yet.
Nov 10, expedite sent from Office' Senator to NVC
Nov 12, Case number assigned!
Nov 13, AoS Bill received
Nov 21, bypassed NVC to Naples Consulate.
Dec 09 medical exam
Dec 10 interview and Visa approved

Well not sent to consulate. Originals the beneficiary will bring to the interview. This has been posted in two other threads also.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

2/27/2020: Combo Interview (ROC and Citizenship)
3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

5/21/2019: NOA1 Date

You can, but dont have to send originals. So its up to you what you gone send out. If it is a copy, you need to show the original at the embasy.

I still prefer to send originals, since its not very hard to order them here in Switzerland as many you want.

i have got my case number 2 months ago and i am keep tracking my application status on NVC website (https://ceac.state.gov). it is just saying that my case is at NVC "AT NVC" . Is there any other way to track the application ? ? please help me out ... thanks in advance

So what have you done in 2 months since you got your case#?

Have you paid your AOS fee and sent in your package?

Did you submit the DS-261?

All these should have been done by now. The status ill say At NVC until your interview is scheduled then it will say Ready, than In -Transit, Than Ready.

So again hat have you done in the last 2 months?
