I just was just checking on the current November filers and it looks like there are already 2 couples who had noa1 in Nov have already received their noa2. From CSC. And if you look at the trends from October most were received within 2-3 weeks from CSC. Saying prayers for everyone to receive their noa2 fast. Waiting for the love of your life is harder then anything else you could experience.

I used to be hoping that I would be in the US by December but gathering documents and sending from here to the USA (signed papers) took a while too. So I guess should be for next year. Hopefully before summer :)

We got of "hard copy" NOA1 11/17/14. Now awaiting NOA2!!!!

BTW - Out of curiosity... while updated our timeline.. I noticed this little note on VJ:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 15, 2015 and February 21, 2015*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should

consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

Do they mean adjudicated the entire process or just the NOA2?

Our lovely journey!!

11/03/2015: Did WALK IN biometrics appt - took 15 mins. Person taking said work permit should be in mail in less than 4 wks.

12/09/2015: Got email/text notification for INTERVIEW date.

12/28/2015: Got email/text notification EAD card has been mailed.

That's definitely hopeful! Fingers crossed!

I do feel awful for those at TSC though, it just doesn't seem fair...

Yes we are trying not to get over excited by all the quick NOA2s we've been seeing incase it doesn't happen for us, and are keeping our fingers crossed that I'll be there by May 2015

Yes I believe it is NOA2 as mine says December 10th to December 23rd and there's no way they could mean everything would be done by then!

Thank you

I think some people send chat logs/texts/records of calls to one and other.

Personally we didn't include this as we felt the entry passport stamps, number of visits, photos etc were enough. (I also don't believe someone is going to sit and read pages and pages of chat logs :P )

I think this is what they are referring to!

Thank you

I sent Skype IM's, Texts, Viber calls/texts (we used to mostly use Viber to communicate, now we use Kakao because it logs calls and we don't have to print screen so much), Facebook, etc. My consulate is a somewhat difficult one so we were told to send EVERYTHING we had (off course not 100's of thousands of IM's, - we were told to generate a "timeline" of how our relationship progressed). Your consulate may not need the long history like the Egyptian consulate wants to see. Unfortunately, Egypt is a high fraud country so they scrutinize the evidence heavily.

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Morocco
Timeline

I think some people send chat logs/texts/records of calls to one and other.

Personally we didn't include this as we felt the entry passport stamps, number of visits, photos etc were enough. (I also don't believe someone is going to sit and read pages and pages of chat logs :P )

I think this is what they are referring to!

I agree. While Morocco is a high fraud country, I'm hopeful that the boarding passes, itinerary of the cruise, photos of us, me with his family/friends, and passport photos will show proof that we are in a bonafide relationship. Good thing we have modern technology just in case we need to provide skype/facebook, etc. logs at the consulate/embassy!
