Hello everybody, how's it going?

Just paid the AOS bill. Filed from abroad on 24th October. Hoping to be finalized by the summer. What stage is everybody else at?

Welcome to our little group. I have been following the progress of the 29 users in this thread that have filed and/or received their NOA1 in October. Here's the breakdown:

  • 10 are still waiting patiently for NOA2
  • 5 are between USCIS and NVC
  • 10 are waiting for NVC case numbers
  • 4 are in the NVC process

The above figures are based on user timelines, signatures or comments on this thread. I don't think it is completely up to date, but it's probably a pretty good picture of where we are at.

You got through USCIS pretty quick and seem to be moving nicely through NVC. Best of luck that the rest of your journey goes well. :star:

I was about to call it a night, and the NVC welcome emails rolled in. Now I don't have to make my planned call to NVC tomorrow for the case #. Yippee! I'll try to determine when the case # was assigned and update my signature and timeline tomorrow.

Kels, your case number should be available any day now!

Ours was received on Oct. 22 but took about 3 weeks to show up online. We were able to talk to someone and they said it can take as much as 45 days. Try giving them a call!

We are still without any updates since our NOA1, it's very frustrating to wait the 5 months processing time "in the dark".

Guess I am one of the 10 still waiting - NOA1 on 1 Oct. Hoping for news next week. My last name is towards the end of the alphabet. Does that have anything to do with things?
