i just sent in my AOS, i came in to the US with B1/B2 visa and got married 3months after arriving in the US and i just filled in my papers today after two months of marriage, i have been home doing nothing for almost 4months. i want to know when is likely i am called for bio-metrics and and probably get my work authorization.

So you filed the I-485 and the I-765 correct?

Your biometrics you will be called within 90 days. And your EAD also will come within 90 days if approved.

The approval of the AOS that gets you your green card could take as much as a year. Depending on if they need more evidence or not. How bust USCIS and your local office is. Usually the interview comes about 4 to 6 months after filing.

I think scheduling can depednd on the office. How busy they are. My husband had bio metrics in 31 days of mailing AOS and greencard interview in 3 months of mailing. He never got EAD or Advanced Parole cards.
