Hi guys, I've read lots of threads here and seen couple of timelines as well I noticed that noa1 is usually sent a week after sending the packet, ours was sent oct 7th and we still haven't received any notif if the packet was received but according to my fiancées tracking number it was delivered to Dallas lockbox 1 day after sending it. Is this normal? I'm already freaking out

If you attached the form requesting a text message or email confirmation you should have received that by now. However, if you sent it October 7 and they received it October 8, it's only been five days. Weekends do not count and this past Monday was a holiday so USCIS was closed. Give it time and be patient! If you don't hear by November 1 I would try to follow up.

Depending on the center's workload, it may take a few weeks. For example, when I filed my gals I-129f it was received on July 8 and my NOA1 was not mailed until August 1. So, please be patient and give it some more time.

Best of luck!

Congrats! Prepare yourself for the 5 month wait (at least) at Texas, but seeing as you are from the Philippines and they are still being auto-expedited you won't have much of a long wait compared to other TSC filers. Usually seems to be 30-60 days.

Even more fortunate in that they are CSC filers...either way, they will probably see a fairly quick turnaround.

Good to note, I didn't check their residing state only the filing information they provided which was all Texas.. So they will most likely be approved in 15-30 days instead at CSC.

Hi guys, just wanna give u an update, the check has been cashed already and my fiancée got a txt from uscis that they got our packet now... So the long wait begins :)

Would you be so kind as to correct your timeline for us please? You were not transferred to CSC from TSC. Everyone sends their petitions to the Texas lock box and from there, they are routed (not transferred) to the respective center (based on where the filer lives) for processing. The main reason I ask you to correct your timeline is because your upcoming fast (99% chance) approval will falsely affect real TSC filers timelines and give them a shorter estimate which will not be correct. Even though you stated transferred, your VJ timeline will be reflected under TSC estimates. The second reason I ask, is that you will see a better estimate once you correct your timeline which should bring a slight smile to your face. :) Win win

Thanks in advance and good luck on your journey.

Good to note, I didn't check their residing state only the filing information they provided which was all Texas.. So they will most likely be approved in 15-30 days instead at CSC.

Indeed..less than 30 is a pretty good bet.
