I currently have a application for a H1b Transfer in with uscis, and the website has its typical 2 months processing time posted . Has anyone gotten their transfer recipt recently and how long did they take with it ? or does anyone know how busy uscis is in the month of october?

.... of course before my transfer I had planned vacation and payed for said vacation; which just my luck lands on the 60 day mark from the initial filing. Currently deciding if i I need to find the money for premium processsing or if i should trust in the system. Just looking for anyone who knows anything about the time frame.

Employer pays for Premium Processing, what does the Lawyer say?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I was not very clear, there is of course what they should pay and what they must pay.

Sounds like you have a H1b and are in the US and are moving to another Employer? I must admit I thought you could move once your Employer had filed but would not be the first time I have been wrong.

Is the holiday abroad?

AC21 portability applies once you have the receipt notice.

Employees can pay for Premium Processing.

From my experience, my transfers have takes 2-3 months without premium processing. Might be worth it.
