Does it mean Hispanic city? There are plenty Hispanics here and my zip code shows fall under "city lights" as well.

Yeah I'm guessing it means it's quite a Hispanic area. It's very mixed where I live, Irish, hispanics, whites, blacks and the token Brit, me.

My husband received an automatic phone calls and guess what...it was Spanish speaking woman on the phone. My husband joked to me saying, " Hmm, I did not know English language is now became a second language in this country".
