Yes. That is possible. I received my husband's NOA2 15 days after I received the NOA1.

mine came in seven weeks pd Jan 31 and my friend got his noa2 in 21days. Pd march 2014 both were CSC center though.

I think he is not in F2A , i'd say he is in IR1/CR1 category

You added more info, but it is incorrect.....It is possible because immigrant visa applications from Filipino residents are currently being expedited for

humanitarian reasons......

My Pd is July 24th and no NOA2 yet too and I am not expected at least before December ..I am in CSC they slowed down since September ? look the stats Good luck to everyone!!

california service center... my friend got hers 21 days after she received her NOA1.

I'm at CSC also, PD 03june14 and no noa2 as yet.

CSC has been known for their speedy approvals especially since the visa bulletin was current last year. They have since slowed down though so you'll need to have lots more patience in your journey a head of you!

You should however get some updates before Feb 2015, this would be the 5 month mark that they're currently working with.
