Feb. 25, 2015 - NOA2 - Petition Approved (Checked via USCIS website)

Mar. 03, 2015 - NOA2 Hard-copy received

Aug. 08, 2015 - Welcome Letter

Aug. 08, 2015 - AOS Invoiced and paid (120$)

Aug. 09, 2015 - AOS Fee Status 'In Progress'

Aug. 12, 2015 - AOS Fee Status 'Paid'

Aug. 29, 2015 - IV Invoiced and paid (325$)

Sep. 04, 2015 - Sent IV and AOS Docs

Sep. 05, 2015 - Completed DS-260

Sep. 09, 2015 - NVC received AOS/IV package

Apr. 14, 2016 - Emailed USEM asking for update

Apr. 15, 2016 - USEM replied and acknowledge receipt of NBI clearance on Apr. 07.

Apr. 15, 2016 - CEAC status touched but still AP.

Apr. 22, 2016 - CEAC Updated to ISSUED at 02:00PM Manila Time

I'm at CSC also, PD 03june14 and no noa2 as yet.

CSC has been known for their speedy approvals especially since the visa bulletin was current last year. They have since slowed down though so you'll need to have lots more patience in your journey a head of you!

You should however get some updates before Feb 2015, this would be the 5 month mark that they're currently working with.

my friend filed march of 2014. 21 days after she received her NOA1 she got the approval (NOA2). That was really fast.. Any idea what happened? why it became slow? February of 2015 Im going to apply for my citizenship. hopefully my petition will get approve before this year ends...
