The National Benefits Center does not adjudicate those types of cases; that's why you don't find processing times on those forms. NBC only collect information about you and creates a file. They will forward your file to your local field office and the field office will make the final decision. If you want to check the processing time for your I-130/I1-485 you have to check your local field office's processing time.

Thanks for explaining this!

Day 70, no updates after doing biometrics. Will file a service request on day 75.

Does anyone know how to file an i765 service request? The case inquiry website does not have i765 in the list of forms.

RE: redraidermty

The priority date and the received date should be the same. The countdown starts from the day that they received your application.

I'm not sure I've actually posted in this thread before, but my EAD and AP were approved today. I'm surprised they're working on a Saturday.

Glad to read that things are moving. Every day I wait for the mailman to deliver the interview office but nothing so far. It would seem that they wait almost to the last minute to update people on their EADs.

You should receive a separate email or text when they mail it. If you haven't had that, then it's very unlikely you'd receive it today.
