Timeline

Hi everyone!

After exactly 1 year of waiting, I am finally done with this journey! Got my approval on my interview last Oct 22, few hours after I received update via email that they mailed me the Welcome Notice. Oct 26 I received another update that they already mailed my GC.. God is good! For those who have no updates yet, just be patient coz after interview it will catch up pace.

09/13/2014 - got married 10/24/2014 - sent AOS packet (Concurrent I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)10/26/2014 - Packet received by USCIS and signed by R. Mercado 10/30/2014 - Got email and text notifications from USCIS 11/04/2014 - Received hard copies of receipt notice (I-797 C)11/07/2014 - Received biometrics appt11/17/2014 - Biometrics appt (Fort Worth, TX USCIS ASC)11/17/2014 - Successful Biometrics completed in Fort Worth USCIS ASC01/02/2015 - Received Approval on EAD and Travel Doc email notification, EAD and travel card in production<p>01/09/2015 - Received EAD/Advance Parole Travel combo card

06/29/2015 - Went out of country for vacation

08/26/2015 - Arrived in US (DFE as PoE), used my combo card with no issue

09/11/2015 - Received notice for Scheduled Interview

10/22/2015 - Our interview day at Irvin, TX office; received approval of I485 4 hours after interview; Received approval of I-130;

10/26/2015 - Received email stating that my GC was already mailed to my address

Finally sent our AOS packet last monday (10/26/15)!

Thanks to everyone who had helped me with all the advices I got while we are working with our packet!

SORRY I POSTED ON THE WRONG PAGE,, i thought this is OCTOBER 2015 filers.

what visa did you adjust status from? Our timeline is taking a very long time similar to yours and my husband is adjusting from F-1.

10/07/15 - AOS Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox

10/14/15 - Received four NOA1s via e-mail & text notifications that USCIS received our case. Routed to National Benefits Center for processing

10/15/15 - Checks cashed

10/19/15 - Received four hard copies of NOA1s in the mail

10/23/15 - Received biometrics appointment in the mail. Scheduled for 11/03

10/26/15 - Failed early walk-in attempt for biometrics at Boston location

11/03/15 - Biometrics appointment in Boston

11/10/15 - AOS case status changed to "Ready to be scheduled for interview"

12/21/15 - EAD/AP approved

12/24/15 - EAD/AP mailed

12/30/15 - EAD/AP delivered

03/17/16 - Interview scheduled for April 20th

04/20/16 - AOS Inteview - Boston, MA - APPROVED!

04/25/16 - Approval notice received in the mail

04/26/16 - Green card mailed

04/29/16 - Green card delivered

03/01/19 - Both approval letter and new green card delivered
