Interview scheduled! November 21st. The Friday before Thanksgiving week isn't exactly the stuff dreams are made of, but I suppose I should be thankful we finally have an interview date.

Looks like NVC is saying up to a week,. That's when they use to send out in a week.

When will your Petition get shipped have no idea. I suggest for you all who want to know to call week like Wednesday and ask has your petition been sent. Or just keep eye on the CEAC Visa tracker.

Don't get discouraged just yet. I had the same happen to me. I called in the morning with the flood of dates coming in and nada. Then I called later in the afternoon around 2 pm and my date was scheduled. Try again later today! :)

Thanks for your encouragement! Not trying to be a drama queen, we just know that my husband has to get an additional medical test that takes 30 days for the results, and in Lima they won't let you schedule the medical without the letter from the embassy. So I am just extremely anxious about my date.

Anyway, thanks again for giving me hope!

No problem! ^_^ I was scheduled on the 2nd day after they started assigning dates, so I hope you get your date later today. Also, I don't know if it's still the same, but we got our interview letter e-mailed to us the day after we got the date over the phone.

Awwww you are so kind. I love this time of month. Funny how a interview date will make you forget all those months of waiting. The joy and excitement. Had a friend just last night call me telling me "We have a Interview date". Just hearing the joy and the tears. makes it all worth while to me.

i remember those days when i keep calling them to find out about my case.. i feel so relieved now! for those of you still waiting to found out about your case.. it is worthwhile waiting! everything beautiful in it's time!

btw.. looks like a great gift for me and wife to receive the visa probably on thanksgiving day! POE around early December i guess.

Yay!!! We got our interview date Nov 6th. CC on Sept 16

Are you serious you got an Interview date from yesterday? Our CC is 9/15, I spoke with NVC yesterday but was told there are not scheduling yet. What a magic, please extend the magic to me. :)

Phew a break.

Congratulations to all so far that got interviews. Hang on to others who haven't. There are alot of people to schedule and I see that some countries have not even started.

Keep your eyes on your countries portal for those not on this thread or the list that may announce they have interview.
