Hey, I'm new here sorta, and I'm a little confused about the processing times.. it says the CSC is processing petitions with a NOA1 date as of July 28, 2014. I sent mine in June and its been 3 months since i received my NOA1. So my question is.. are they still processing June petitions or and they focusing more on petitions with the current processing date and after? Thanks!

WHOA!!! never mind about this topic! I have checked my case number on the USCIS site numerous times with no account and it always said "inital review" but now that I made an account I saw THIS

Thanks! and I would always just check the USCIS site with just my receipt number, but I made an account because they said you can get updates for your case that way and I saw that it was no longer in initial review. My fiance signed up for text/email notifications and he didn't get anything. So maybe it was approved earlier today and I didn't even know it :blink:

Thanks! and I would always just check the USCIS site with just my receipt number, but I made an account because they said you can get updates for your case that way and I saw that it was no longer in initial review. My fiance signed up for text/email notifications and he didn't get anything. So maybe it was approved earlier today and I didn't even know it :blink:
