hello everyone,

we have completed ds260 but we sent in our civil documents earlier now what should we do?

trying to call NVC but busy busy busy

Don't understand the question? You paid the IV fee and sent in your IV package (your documents) and you just submitted your DS-260?

All there is left is now wait about 60 days for case complete.

When did you send in the AOS (affidavit of Support package)?

Hey OnlyHope,

If I did understand well, you sent the IV Package (civil documents) before filing the DS-260...If you did just wait for them to review your case or try to call them to have an update on your status. Even it's always busy just keep calling..hopefully you'll get someone on the line :)

From my end, I sent my IV Package on Sept 20th after an NVC Agent told me to even my IV Fee Bill was not issued yet. They received it by Sept 23rd. Consequently, I got the IV Fee Bill issued on the same day they received my IV Package.

I was able to fill in the DS-260 and sent it this morning (Sept 26th).

I am planning to call them next week to have an update and see if the processed my AOS Package they received on Sept 5th.

The waiting game begins..Again!

Good luck and wish you a Case Complete soon ! ;)
