NVC customer service number busy

I am trying to contact the NVC for the first time by phone. I tired 603-334-0700 several times last evening and now again tonight. Every time, I get a recording that says the number is busy. Is anyone else having the same experience? Does anyone know what's going on?

Yes I experienced that! So what I did is called them like 5-10 mins before they close and they usually answer quick too. They usually have busy line during regular hours.

I experienced the same thing. I tried calling 15 minutes before they closed last night and received a recording that they were closed. I called at 7:05 eastern time this morning and got through. 30 minute hold time to speak to an operator. Call very early and be patient. If you don't receive a busy signal consider yourself lucky and don't hang up!
