LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A racist, anti-semitic candidate for U.S. Senate has placed signs around from Northern Kentucky telling voters "With Jews You Lose."

Robert Ransdell, of Florence, acknowledged to WLWT-TV in Cincinnati that the signs were his.

"I believe that there is no such thing as racial equality. You see that in our cities every day," he said.

...

At an event earlier this year, the Enquirer quoted Ransdell talking at a Ku Klux Klan-type rally in Florence.

"That is one thing you guys love to say, 'it is 2014, how can these racists be out here?' Well, it is 2014. It has been six or seven decades since white people stood up for themselves and it is about time we start doing so," he told the newspaper.

In a post on a white supremacist website, Ransdell promised to increase his visibility recently.

"I am absolutely chomping at the bit going forward with my campaign, only about a month until I am on the air, mainstream radio, primed to start a legitimate 'conversation' about race, as in a racially conscious White man letting loose on the problems we face, that so many of our people are beginning to wake up to," he wrote.

Ransdell has filed as a write-in candidate, meaning that his name will not appear on the ballot but that county clerks across Kentucky will be required to count votes that are written in for him

I am wondering, since you are so anti-racist, when you are going to condemn racism from actual elected officials who are in actual offices rather than point out signs posted by some ignorant Kentucky redneck.

Unless you have some standard where you support racism and racists on one hand and condemn it on the other.

You can start with condemning racism here:

http://www.timesofisrael.com/chief-rabbi-candidate-to-be-grilled-over-racist-comments/

“Rabbi Eliyahu has consistently exploited his public position to incite against a minority in Israel that makes up a fifth of the population, using every available platform to spew racist, dogmatic statements,” said Cabel on Sunday.

Eliyahu, currently the chief rabbi of the city of Safed, has generated controversy over the past few years for a variety of statements and rulings, including one ruling that forbade the rental or sale of Jewish-owned property in the city to Arabs.

“A Jew should not flee from Arabs. A Jew should make the Arabs flee. There is a silent war going on here for land”; “most of the violence in Israeli society stems from the Arabs”; and “the Arabs have a different code, and violent norms that have become an ideology” — these were among the statements Eliyahu made in a 2010 interview with the Maariv daily.

Or even here:

Similar tensions have erupted in Upper Nazareth, a Judaisation city built in the 1950s to contain the growth of Nazareth, the Biblical city of Jesus’ childhood.

Over the past decade, large numbers of Christians and Muslims have moved into Upper Nazareth, with some estimates suggesting of the city’s 55,000 population a quarter may now be Palestinian citizens, most of them from Nazareth.

The mayor, Shimon Gapso, has erected large Israeli flags at every entrance to the city in the run-up to the election, in a move he said was designed to make clear that Palestinian citizens were not welcome in Upper Nazareth.

Raed Ghattas, one of two Arab members of the local council, said Gapso’s whole election strategy had been based on a hatred of Arabs. “There are four candidates for mayor – for us, it is a matter of which one is the lesser evil. But Gapso is definitely the worst of a bad bunch.”

Earlier this year Gapso issued a pamphlet to residents warning: “This is the time to guard our home! … All requests for foreign characteristics in the city are refused.”

He has rejected building a church or mosque, allowing Christmas trees in public places or, most controversially, building an Arab-language schoolfor the 2,000 Palestinian children in the city.

These are real government officials elected by and supported by real breathing racist communities. Complaints about theoretical racism in bum-ck Kentucky are pretty pale compared to what is really happening in Israel. You need to stop supporting this and stop supporting them until their policies and treatment of others change.
