Oh so happy, a step in the right direction wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooooooooooo the other stuff will get there soon no worries.

I called NVC and spoke to Amanda same old same old and she must have heard my voice crack and I told her what the two supervisors said about the AOS that is was accepted so she asked me to wait came back and said they should have moved my case a long a few days ago. That my AOS has some mistakes and I don't believe that because a genius helped me actually did the whole thing for me so not sure what mistakes they are talking about and said I'll be getting an e-mail about that but to send it to the Embassy corrected. I freaked out because my computer crashed and I lost everything but checked in case I had hard copies and yup sure enough I do.

Yes Amanda same thing happened to me but I know my AOS was approved and with no flaws but now they are saying there are flaws which is impossible because of who filled them out for me. A genius really.

So as of now, with no e-mail or Paid changing to N/A and only on the word of Amanda I have CC. I want to thank all of you for being here for me when I needed you and you know who you are. Thanks sweetie. I wish and pray it happens. If one gets CC I wonder how long it takes for it to change to N/A.

In my case, it happened almost instantly. My case was completed by a supervisor during a phone call. When I hung up I checked CEAC and it changed.

For some it does not happen right away and one person I recall took 2 weeks.

Hello, im new to the whole NVC process.. And after seeing your timeline and the one below i see you guys have alot of activity within 1 month after you received a case #.. How far in the process are you at this step..(meaning in time), i guess just like everyone else i would like to know what time frame to expect...thank you in advance!

Thanks, Tavotevi. That's probably because i'm only early in the process. Unfortunately, NVC likes to hand out checklists (that add 60 days) for very small reasons so it might not always look this smooth sailing.

My husband is being "removed" from my country (UK) in a couple of weeks for no reason other than I used to be a US resident and the UK thinks I can move back. My 5 year old daughter and I are heartbroken but if i'm lucky with the rest of the process we should all be reunited by January (I hope).

Be sure to fill out your signature and keep your timeline up to date. Also, feel free to complain and share your thoughts. The people in this thread are quite lovely

I can't understand why the UK would do such a think it's just mean and cruel doesn't make any sense at all. Yes they fill up the country with immigratns legal and otherwise and hand out money like it grows on tress. What is wrong with all these governments? Sorry I have beautiful friends from the UK that have suffered because of this in so many ways. To all the stupid governments of the world!

Anyone following the group on Facebook? Do we know what date they are on right now?

I deactivated my account, since i was getting fed up with all my friends and their spouses tagging themselves in on random adventures and all the pictures. I know I should be happy for people, and I am, but it's very hard to sit by and watch it all. Just to avoid my negativity towards others, I thought it'll be best to just walk away and what you don't see can't hurt you, that's the logic I'll stick to.

Finally checked and confirmed via USPS that the AOS & IV Package was delivered to NVC! ?? How long is it taking nowadays for NVC to scan both packages?

Also when I call NVC what verbage do I use to get the scan date for each package? I remember reading somewhere NVC agents dont understand when they get asked about scan date. Thoughts/ suggestions plz?

Someone on facebook had his AOS package reviewed and accepted, scan date July 29. Hopefuly NVC might finish up with July packages this week or latest on Monday. Fingers crossed.

I said over and over again, NVC is getter faster, slowly but moving even looked in my crystal ball but no one believed me. But it was true!
