Normal filer as well. I think I looked like things were slowing down at CSC because of the TSC April/May filers that were transferred to CSC over the summer. They focused on those for a couple of months. Seems they have moved on so I would except Sept and Oct to be back to the crazy fast 1 month approvals. For the TSCers If it were me I'd have them transfer more again... Really hope that happens for you all.

Agreed it seems utterly rediculous that people are waiting 5+ months and people are getting them in several weeks surely there is a happy medium they could find. Definitely need to do more transfers. As happy as I am can't help feel sad and guilty for people waiting so long!

Wow... with all this commotion I decided to check the website myself and it does indeed say "On October 16, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Is this the NOA2???

If so, I cannot believe and hope that it is not a fluke with the website. I would hate to have my hopes up just to have them ripped from under me.

Good luck to everyone and I sure wish everyone was receiving good news because I can understand how painful the wait can be.

Yes its based on state being sent from, I did see and area map from somewhere but can't remember what post it was on but yes NY is TSC. Unfortunately they are extremely back logged and on June I believe after sending transfers to CSC for April and mays petitions. Hopefully they will do another transfer soon as CSC seem to be firing them out.

We got our NOA2 notice too. Had to double check, wasn't expecting this until early next year :)

Congratulations please update your timeline :)

Pretty sure we got NOA2!!! Nothing in the mail yet, but I just checked our case status online and it said

I'm assuming this is NOA2? We filed Sep 18 and were processed through CSC for reference. YAY!!! My fiance is actually staying with me until November 21. Can we mail in everything from the states? Also, does he schedule his own medical or will they automatically give him a date?

Congrats to everyone else approved and good luck to everyone else, <3
