Also, dont most transfer happen many months into the process. My one is transfer in about 3 weeks after submit the K-1 application.

I do not think my fiance can handle anymore time being apart. She is getting restless and is going nuts. Lucky December is around the corner when I there for the holidays.

Yes that is pretty odd. And as has been said, they transferred TSC petitions to CSC because of the overload or lack of speed or whatever. To do a reverse of that doesn't make sense at all.

As far as the 'restless and going nuts' ... I can identify with that one.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Hi there,

Your petition was not transferred. It was simply routed from the Texas lockbox (where everyone sends their petitions) to CSC. You live in California so the CSC was going to process your petition anyway. You are probably looking at a 3 - 4 month wait for your NOA2 but it is difficult to accurately predict the actual time.

Good luck on your journey and yeah, most of us can relate to your restless state :)

34 days have passed by and no sign of NOA2. :'(

I know it hasn't been long but a month just seems like a year. Will be anxiously waiting for the next good news. Hopefully soon!

From the date mailed to receiving hard copy NOA1...I can see 3 weeks in some cases. But, looking at the timeline, it indicates 4 days from mailing to receiving NOA1, so I am not sure what he was referring to.

  • 3 weeks later...

To all CSC early Aug filers.........I have a good feeling that we would get our NOA2s within this or next week (judging from processing date listed in immigration timeline and igor's list which indicates majority of Jul filers have been approved).

Hope that is the case. Otherwise, either I am too optimistic  , or I have gone insane  within the last 52 days :clock: and counting, waiting for that precious piece of notice.

:rofl::jest:

Sorry, But I think you are being to optimistic and I am a very optimistic person.

I just looked at Igors list for CSC there are 37 July approvals and 89 unapproved. And 47 June unapproved cases.

the people on here are just a percentage of the overall case filings.

I have found the timeline date which now says 31 July, to be off by about three weeks, although a lot of work went into it, the data is not computed to give an accurate date, showing what the date of the average petition is being approved. I am hoping and praying constantly for an NOA2, but reality has hit me over the last 7 now almost 8 weeks that it is what it is and there is nothing I can do about it.

It will come people we just all must be patient, I keep myself very, very busy and fiancée does the same it is the only way we can keep our sanity.

I count four on your list there are actually eight. I think you were looking at just the most recent ones, When If you go to Igors list and change the Filter to approved, then click submit and scroll down to the bottom of the page, there are eight petitioners on VJ than have been approved.

it will just like the rest of ours will, thing is we saw too many fast ones going through before we filed, a friend of mine told me it took them 13 months start to finish in 2003, so we and I mean we, because I am talking to myself as well, we must relax and stay busy it will come.
