Just to let everyone know I received my noa1 today. After all the fiasco with the lawyers someone from visa journey emailed us to offer their help and they did help they filled in every form for us and helped through every stage . We proof read every document and signed to say the information was correct. I am not mentioning any names as they don't wish to be identified, ,but I do want to say a big, big THANK YOU. With out their help I doubt we would have come off first base yet.

Haven't informed our lawyers that we do not require their services yet, they can wait for their review and I WILL be reviewing them. After all its the least I can do for the way they have treated us!

It's the OP adjusting their status after getting married. They entered the US using K-1 visa.
