Wow, I'm sorry. I know I'm stating the obvious but I'll say it any way: this system is messed up.

Removing Conditions Timeline

Aug. 10, '17: Mailed in I-751

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received

2014/04/19: Sent I-129F Packet.

2014/04/21: USCIS received

2014/04/23: NOA1 received

2014/10/15 : got approval (NOA2)

2014/11/12: got case number through phone to NVC

2014/11/18 : case ready in VN.

2014/11/20: submit DS 160.

2014/11/21 : pay for visa fee.

2014/11/21: account active for booking.

2015/01/14 : INTERVIEW - APPROVED

UPDATE:

Thanks to helpful information on this website,

I have been able to track the Fiance' Approval diplomatic package via DHL

NOA 2 date was 14 Oct 2014

NVC shipped the package to US Embassy Bangkok on 4 November 2014.

I signed up for delivery notification on DHL website...

Received first e-mail from DHL:

I used this forum site to learn how to track the DHL package

Used this DHL site:

http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html

The NVC will show you on its website the status of your application.

"IN Transit" means they have sent it to your US Embassy.Consulate

IF you enter the first date that NVC shows your application IN TRANSIT then you can use the

DHL site above to try to see when it was actually shipped.

I had to play with it several times...for two days...to get the shipment to show as IN TRANSIT and the DHL tracking.

Good Luck...(I am NO expert on this, but IF I can do it...surely anyone can ...LOL)

TJ Where do you go on NVC to check if it's teansit. I received the hard copy letter from nvc with my case number and everything but it does not give much info after that

You must have your New NVC Case number...(can call NVC and ask for it)...

IF you do...go to this site: CEAC

https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Choose IMMIGRANT ...CHECK MY VISA STATUS

ANOTHER PAGE FROM CEAC WILL APPEAR...

Select IMMIGRANT VISA (do not select Non-Immigrant) ...

ENTER NVC Case Number

Select country of your Fiance'..where the interview will be held.

Press Enter..

Popup should appear with status:

IF "IN TRANSIT" then it has been sent out to DHL for shipment to Fiance' Country Embassy/Consulate

IF it is at NVC and you have the NEW case number...

This will appear on the pop-up :

U.S. Department of State
IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION
At NVC
Immigrant Visa Case Number:

BNK1234567890............ (enter the NEW case number after the 3 initial consulate/embassy)

(BNK means it will be sent to US Embassy Bangkok for the interview...further processing with the Fiance')

WHEN IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED THE MESSAGE WILL BE

"IN TRANSIT"

WITH CASE NUMBER AS SHOWN ABOVE.
