We was in TSC and we got NOA-1 on Feb 18th. was past the 5 months they claimed was deadline, had our lawyer call TSC and he was told they are very far behind.. I called my Senator and they contacted TSC and ask about our Visa and told them he was very interested in our Visa.. one week later we got the NOA-2 on Aug. 8th, call your senator if you are past the 5 months. they have people that handle this kind of thing and it was them that called the TSC.. WOOHOO soon Lena will be here in TN from Ukraine..
