Our I-130 NOA1 is dated Aug 26th 2014, as of today I have not received any other notice from Nebraska.

So in other words, as of today our application has been pending 6 months & 7 days.

I'm going to submit an inquiry through our Senator, to see he they can shed a light on what's going on with our application.

Or it might just be that the folks at the Nebraska Center are just a bunch of buffons. :bonk:

I don't see a thread for August filers for I-130, so here it is.

Lawyer submitted the forms Friday and they should arrive to the Phoenix Lockbox today... Fingers crossed for a quick processing and good luck to all!

Hello, Is there anyone else who filed in mid to end August 2014, and who hasn't received a decision from TSC yet?

This whole system at TSC is pure #######.. OF COURSE you are in line to be reviewed. Whose isn't???? Everyone else's case is in line to be reviewed except those already decided on. Why ####### ought you wait yet another 60 days after your priority date passed 30 days ago. I think they're doing this deliberately. And you know what, they appear to treat [certain] people even more disparagingly when they see you are somewhat eager. Smh!

Hey everyone... I filed for my wife in august 2014 and got NOA1 on 18th. It has been more than 6 months now.on USCIS Website it said 5 months processing time. So askedthe lawyer and she calledback the next day to tell me that on 03/06/2015 USCIS was processing applications of 08/14/2014. So I was not more than. A few days away from receiving a letter about mine. Let's hope it goes faster for everyone. Will keep updating

LOL.....well, in that case, they really should just take down that Processing Time Information site because it sure is misleading and upsetting.

I'm sorry but if that were the case I'd be sitting in Florida right now clutching a green card in my sweaty hands but it's not. If you care to research the timelines you'd see that is just not true (Cases are faster though when the USC lives abroad with the applicant and files from the applicant's country but that applies globally not to just the three countries you've picked out).

This thread is supposed to be for the support of ALL August filers, regardless of our nationalities, but reading your comments makes me feel uncomfortable. Any chance we could stick to bashing USCIS and NVC for their processing times without singling out specific nationalities :D

One thing we can all agree on, regardless of whether we happen to be expedited or not, is that the whole process takes far too long for each of us.
