I just have a question for those that received RFE's, did it update on your case status? If so, did it update late? I just received a text about an update on our case, and got excited thinking it had been approved, (we got an RFE a few weeks ago, but I sent out the info needed just a few days later), but this text we got was an update saying we received the RFE on June 18th. Is it normal for them to update it weeks after?! It's freaking me out!

Had our interview this morning it took 30 minutes. We arrived at 6:30 for a 7:00 interview. Called in at 7:08.

I think my husband was nervous he was very chatty lol (almost annoyingly so). The officer simply asked us to verify the information on the forms didn't ask me for any docs, didn't ask me to verify any bdays or names or anything. He only had William verify his own birthday. The only question he asked was where and when we met and also what we did for our 1 year anniversary.

I still have my EAD, I94 and all other docs, he didn't look at pics or ask for additional information.

At the end he escorted us out and informed us that we will get a decision through the mail. Idk how to feel about the whole thing >.<

Lance received his Welcome to America letter today dated 6/22/15. I could cry I am so happy! Thanking God for this blessing and the fact we didn't get smacked with a new medical request. The USCIS website still shows "Fingerprint fee received" with no updates since 8/28/14.

It seems, based on other posters in other threads, that the USCIS website is going crazy with wacky updates, and ZERO updates.

Omg. So excited. William literally paid 25$ yesterday to send my ead renewal.. i kinda feel bad.

Lol! Ya!! Johan had his repeat medical today, and Shaun has his yesterday, so (fingers crossed) we should be sending them out Saturday!

I finally got my green card!! such a long wait!

I did a service request in May and didnt get any response from them. So my husband contacted our congressman less than 2 weeks ago and yesterday the congressman called me and said that I was approved.

if you are still waiting call your congressman!!!!

I know some people say they dont do anything but you never know. Some of them are really nice and actually do their job.

I am glad we contacted him!

I waited it out - got an RFE; handled it and the next week my status updated to "Welcome Notice Mailed". Thank god
