That doesn't mean you pull the military out of everywhere.

And we all know why you started the thread.

Well I am not here to discuss this. The point of this thread is in the first posting.

Please stick to the topic of the thread.

Thank you. :content:

Anyway I am not here to defend Ron Paul.

If you would like to know why I started this thread you can re-read post number 1.

Thanks.

Then why did you stray off topic by bringing up Ron Paul?

Ron Paul. Damn near bullet proof in every way, and the establishment shot him down.

The media will not support anything outside of this one party system either.

If you want more info on the reason why... best to watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H56FUHgqRNE

Exactly why I am preventing this thread from derailing.

So lets keep it on topic shall we?

No, I believe the discussion is, "It's not fair!" and "Taxes!" and "My rights!"

Even though, the thing being discussed is just a proposal at present, based on rumors, and probably misunderstood.

I must have lingered too long on the Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson quotes. When I saw those quotes I thought, "Hey, I like those guys." I also don't like taxes.

Nah, Hamilton is better.

Taxes are necessary. I would like police to protect me and sidewalks and things. People get things from their taxes they don't even realize they get, they just pretend they get nothing and get mad about it.

Every thread is about the Love Baba!

But i want to get those things and not pay for them. I'm ok with other people paying for it though. Mostly because they're not me.

Pretty much. What about the Republicans trying to fund the military for more money then they say they need? That's wise spending.

I don't know why we have a bunch of knuckleheads in charge of the pursestrings, though.

They should make it so that I can vote for someone to represent me in Washington. That way i might have some input on who controls the purse strings.
