Very true.. It used to really drive me crazy (still does ). I've gone from wanting to prevent all freeloaders to finding that point on the graph where the overall cost to the public is the least amount knowing that some people are willing to go through an amazing amount of effort to sponge off of the rest of us. Some hoops have to be there to get 90% to pay up - trying to get to 100% just increases the overall cost to all of us.

But yeah - p*sses me off many peoples sense of entitlement.

The ironic thing is that if some of these folks put as much effort in to getting paid to do nothing, they could probably make $60k a year.

Sorry, I don't know that definition. And I don't sit around with an urban dictionary all day long either, like........ somebody.

If it wasn't for the urban dictionary I would not be able to claim I meant something, when I actually florided up the word . There is about any spelling of any thing in the world there.

I don't think that folks can walk away any more like the example given. Last time I did a refinance in 2012, I was not allowed to receive any cash from the deal. Though I kinda did from escrow reimbursement ($5800) plus 2 months of payments not made ($4700).

Certainly NOT worth ruining my credit over. I think the new laws came about in 2008 or so.
