Tell me about it!, I had my interveiw in May 13th at US Embassy. I had exactly 17 days before June retrogression. But the Consular officer put me on AP and on June 1st I received an email saying that my PD is no longer current :(

Like you I really hope it will happen!

I-130 NOA1 : 2013-11-22

I-130 Approved : 2015-04-01 :) (Happy day after waiting for long time)

NVC Received : 2015-04-16 :) (Another joyful day)

Case Number and IIN Received date : 2015-04- 27 (Glory to the lord :) ):

AOS Scan Date: 2015-05-11 (I have been advised to wait 30 days from the date of scan to get case closed)

Case Completed at NVC : 2015-06-04 (Praise the lord almighty :)

Medical Booked: 2015-07-08- Completed

Interview Date: 2015-08-19 (Praise the lord almighty) :)

Well consider they have move from May 2012 to January 2013 a 7 month jump. And its 2014. It really is a month by month because n one knows whats happening in the political climate that affects all this. So all you can do is watch and wait. Read Mr. Oppenheimer's predictions they are pretty dead on. Lets see what he predicts for October now.

I'm hoping that by next VB the cut-off date will move forward to the date where it was before retrogression ( September 8th 2013) and then it will slowly move forward. Maybe by early/mid 2015 it will reach November PD's. But that is only optimistic thinking and hoping. Nobody know when it will move..
