Hello VJ!

My now husband and i are going to start the AOS pretty soon. But first i have a doubt. We are going to have another address, we are moving (same city). Should i send any letter notifying that it is not the same address from the beginning of the process? Or there will be no problem?

Thank you in advance!!!

You just move and then use your new address on all the AOS forms. If you move again after filing, then you need to let them know > http://www.uscis.gov/addresschange

~ Moved from K-1 Progress Reports to AOS from Family Based Visas ~

You can either file the AOS now then just send a request for address change once you moved, OR you can move first then file your AOS with your new address.. We had the same situation, we moved first then filed AOS with new address..

Good Luck!

You can let USCIS know about your change of address or you can just wait till you are accommodated in your new house and file the AOS. I think maybe you should move first.
