Question of phone records

For the initial I-129 package, I know I have to send in copies of phone bills, do they need the entire bill or can I just send in the page that has the call to China? Some of my phone bills are anywhere from 4 to 10 pages.

I sent the entire statements and highlighted the calls to/from Peru. I thought it would be less confusing to the adjudicator that way.

Phone bills fall under 'proving an ongoing relationship'. You don't have to do that yet, you only have to prove you've met in person during the last two years.

You don't have to.

As said above, those don't prove the "Met within past 2 years" requirement, only the ongoing relationship requirement, which isn't brought into question until the interview stage. Include them if you'd like, but don't get stuck under the impression that any ongoing relationship evidence is required.

The I-129 submission requires that you met in the past 24 months. Phone bills don't help at all there. They do however play a part in the process after approval by USCIS when you need to prove that there has been an ongoing relationship. Then you can send in the bills, blacking out account info and any other calls that you don't want seen!

Every piece of evidence you include with your I-129F petition gets reviewed. If you "bury" them with uneeded documents you run the risk of slowing down your approval. YMMV
