i'm sending those documents to my fiance in morocco (g-325a, i-129f, etc) for him to sign and return to me.

what is the fastest and safest way to get there?

i've only sent him a package once through usps and it got there wayyyyyyyyyyyy after it said it would. is it still the best option or should i do fedex?

For international delivery, USPS does use FedEx, so if your beef is with the USPS, I'd recommend against FedEx.

My vote is for DHL, they've always done good by me.

Maybe you could fax the forms. My fiance, Teddy, went to an internet cafe, got the fax number. I sent the fax and he completed the forms and signed them, and scanned them to me (it was cheaper for him to scan rather than fax). It cost just under $42 to send the 8 page international fax at Staples. It will be cheaper if you just send one page of the g-325a. For example send page 1, have them complete and sign. Then when you get it, flip the bottom of the form that has the numbers 1,2,3,4 and tape to the next page an photo copy. You could save $15 off of the $42 like that. I only submitted our application to TSC on 1/16. I don't anticipate any problems with the forms being faxed. I wish they were a little clearer, but they are readable. (plus I included a "Clean" version of the forms and evidence that I did fax the form (fax cover page, job sucessfully sent, and receipt) to him and he did send it back (his e-mail sending the forms to me, and my reply that I recieved them and would mail the package the next day). I figure if copies are acceptable, faxes should be as well. I didn't see any rules against it, but if you like I can keep you posted on what happens.

Yeah the usps is horrible, I sent Teddy a package (which included all of the paperwork) it was supposed to be there January 3rd. Its still not there; which is why we decided to try to fax it. If you don't want to fax, I highly recommend DHL. Once I recieve the NOA2 I plan to send everthing to him via DHL.

Hope this helps!

If your fiance has a computer and internet access, I just emailed Craig the finished PDFs and he printed them himself and signed them and sent them back to me.

Yup, don't waste the money sending now, fax or email and he'll have to send it back to you with the signatures.

Later on when I needed to send all the stuff for the interview to Morocco, I used DHL. Cost me about $150 to send it all, but it arrived safely within 2 days.

i don't understand how i can email him the completed g325a.....it says you can't save a copy to your computer so thats why i figured i had to mail all this to him to sign................

You could just print out the form and fax it (or scan and email it). He can then sign it and return it to you by regular mail.

The EASIEST thing would be to have him go to an internet cafe and then send him the link to the 325a and have him print it out and then mail them to you......that's what I did with Atif...... and then you're only paying postage 1 way.

Just my humble opinion.

Mary K.

ETA: Just copy and paste the link to him in an e-mail or you could IM it to him.....

i already printed everything out, put post it notes with directions, printed out photos he had be asking for anyway.... so i decided to go with mailing it to him.

i went to the USPS and spent $30 for it to be there within 3-5 days through fedex. guaranteed it would have been $68...and i don't need it guaranteed but just there within a week or so. (i'm still waiting on my birth certificate and my passport to get to me anyway before i can mail the i-129f)

thanks for all the advice!
