I was approached by another recruiting company yesterday and just met them half an hour before. They were also offering me to go to a 'sales on phone' job interview. I declined it but they promised to reach me for other jobs (if they get one).

Can you please convince me how somebody shows 4+years experience when he just came 1 or 2 years back.
