Please I need some suggestion.

Last year, I flew to the US on the VWP but has been deported. After asked many questions and also made a record as section "212 (a) (7) (A) (i) (I)". They told me that I'm not eligible to VWP anymore but I can apply K1 or CR-1 to come back. So hubby filing I-130 and now I finally can fly to US with my CR1 visa.

My question is: my mother wants to fly with me this time (her first time to US), she will use VWP and stay 2.5 month, we will go visitor's line together, does my 212 (a) (7) (A) (i) (I) record will affect us?(or her?) is there something else I should consider?

Thank you in advance.

It sounds like you were refused entry rather than deported.

Once you have your immigrant visa then it will be a non-issue, for you or your mother.

You will still be questioned at POE coming here on a K-1 VIsa and possibly a second screening. Just preparing you. A K-1 visa does not

guarantee you entry.

Thanks for answering. (F) I'm doing CR1. With a CR1 visa I don't worry at POE but because my last time record I think maybe my mom will face more questions...or I'm thinking too much? This is her first time to US with VWP should be fine right? and she is 64 years old they won't think she will stay don't leave right? Well I don't afraid questions because we are doing nothing wrong but I really don't like they using scare tactics on people. -_-

Anyone entering the USA for the first time usually goes through a second screening (depending on the visa, of course). VWP in my experience with international friends are usually less hassled with a second screening. Good luck!
