Hey everyone! I have been been searching for days for the right information. and I am stressing out. ok here is what I have questions about.

I have paid the fee for the I864 and it is marked paid. so today I have mailed everything needed for the I864.

Do I need to wait for them to get the information from the i864 to continue with the ds260?

My wife has made me the case agent by filing the ds261 and according CEAC that is completed

I need to pay the fee and wait for that to be paid for the ds260 correct?

the problem with that is show no fee to pay. I looked like 100 times today to see if I did something wrong.

also on the ds260 do I need to mail supporting documents or can I email them?

what are all the required documents? will I be told what I need to send?

sorry I know Im sure these questions have been asked a million times. we are getting excited and cant wait to get all this done and behind us.

Thanks everyone,

Mark and Bessy

ok I read I need these document to send to the NVC for the ds260

-photo copy of the biographic page of my wifes passport

-2 passport style color photos

-photo copy of my wife birth certificate

-photo copy of marriage certificate

now does the birth certificate and marriage certificate need to be translated to english?

I read it does not need to be translated for the interview at the embassy. but these documents will be sent to the NVC correct?

let me know if there is something missing document wise.

thanks again

I appreciate the question. I am right behind you wondering what will i do? I so I am watching all your responses. I filled my I-129f June 1. I'm reading a lot of information here trying to become immigration expert in a few short months.
