i have gone for interview and my eligibility review unity 90 days of waiting is over and i didnt get no call to come pick up my K1 visa and we where told that it is still with the eligibility review unit, what should me and my fiance do, and what steps should we take, they told us that they will contact us after the process, how long those it take for this processing, thank you for your answer in advance, i deeply appreciate

Yes i was put on administrative proccessing and i was told that it takes up to 60 to 90 days to complet, and the 90 days is over and its already 120 days, what shoud we do

There's no specific timeline for AP. What the CO gave you is just an estimate. It can take much longer. There's nothing you can do but wait but sure you can email or call them for updates.

Nothing you cant do.

Administrative processing is a black hole.

It could be weeks, months or years., yes years there are people who were put in ap for years even if they were approved at the interview.

I am in ap too, on june 24 will be 90 days.

There isnt a timeline for that.

I was approved on march 18, they took my passport and they have it still, but I have red history of people here that they took their passport for one year, and others for 2 years.

So all we can do is pray that they dont torture us long time

A lawyer cannot speed up your AP. You can consult one if you want to.

Dont waste money in lawyer, just wait.

It doesnt matter if it is 4 months, read here about a lot of people that are in ap 5, 8, 9 ,10 ,11 months and others have years.

I have 3 months and this waiting is frustrating, but nothing we can do.

U can do nothing i was told after the interview that i ll get my passport within 1 to 3 mnths but see my 6 th mnth is going to over and no sign of visa i m a spouse of LPR and have a 2 years old kid!!! Whenever we call or email them we got the same reply that case is in AP and they dunt know when its going to end

My husband consult a lawyer but he cannot do anything only he can do is to inquire embassy abt our case status thats it!!! There is no way to speedup the process

Even the senator or congressman are of no help keep checking ur case status on ceac website!! Our last update was 18 th june!!! My kid's status always shows ready but mine is stuck at AP after the interview!!!
