Hola.

Saludos.!!

Jose, sorry - my Spanish is good enough to read your questions, but not good enough to write you back in Spanish!

But if you received your NOA1 on May 19th, and it still doesn't show up on the website, there's nothing to really worry about. The website and reality are often not in sync. But you could call USCIS and mention this to them and ask if they could get it fixed, so the website will accurately reflect your actual status.

Hola.

Mi nombre es José. Hi, my name is Joseph

We are a same sex couple and our petition is being processed at TX service center

We're asking questions to see how similar are our case to yours

¿Es usted profesional? Are you a professional?

¿Había estado antes en USA ? Have you been to the US before?

What ages are the both of you (couple)

What was your income when you began your process? My partner's income is $60K

How long had you been dating when you began your process?

When you sent the NOA1, did it immediately appear on the USCIS website, or did it take a while? This last question I'm asking because we received our NOA1 on May 19th and as of today, it still doesn't appear on the USCIS website. Do you know of any cases with the same problem?

Agradezco su atención. Thanks

Saludos.!!
