Good idea to Notarize Cover Letter for I-751 RFE response?

Just wondering, as we are preparing to send in our response to an RFE for our I-751, I have a cover letter that details all the additional documentation (including more detailed tax returns, and joint purchase of a car, additional affadavits, etc.), and am wondering if it makes any sense at all if we are both signing the cover letter to have our signatures notarized?

Thanks for any sage wisdom and insights.

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX

You might need to check what notarizing a document means and you will answer your own question !!
