My interview would be on Monday June 09, 2014 at USEM Manila. Now we have a problem. On the P4 that the NVC sent me Financial Evidence is marked as "I". NVC told me I need to re-submit I-864 of my hubby and our joint sponsor. Only 1 page has a minimal error but NVC told me I need to re-submit all the corrected I-864 forms to the Consul during the interview. My husband mailed the corrected I-864 forms last May 06, 2014 and until now the forms didn't come yet. He mailed them through USPS. We're worried because its more than 3 weeks now and the documents are not still around. I've been checking them through our local post office here but still they're not there. 5 days to go before the interview and the papers are not yet around. We're afraid that they are lost huhu. Our joint sponsor is in Hawaii now for a vacation, he'll be back on June 10 but my interview date has already pass then.

Please help us what to do. Thanks guys.

You might not receive it or it will be so delayed. It should have been fedex or dhl

Yeah that's why I told my hubby but He didn't listen to me. This is the first time that I am not receiving docs he sent me. He's always using USPS and they never fail us just now. I'm afraid they are really lost now. Its been 28 days since they were mailed. If we will re-sched my interview how long will it take? Thanks

... maybe re-schedule your interview for a later date.

USPS HOW? International Express/EMS works well into the PI.

there are 11 different levels of service with USPS - which one did he purchase?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

He did the Standard Mail. Cause that time he don't have his salary yet. I told him to do FedEx or DHL when he has his salary to be sure but he didn't listen. He is confident with USPS cause they never fail just now. We're afraid that the docs were opened cause its quite bulky and maybe they thought there are money inside. =(

How long will it take to re-schedule an interview? Thanks.

instead - i suggest you go to the interview

then

if the vice-consul asks for the stuff - you have an opportunity and a method to get it in -

and then ya wait.

Thank you sis. This is just very sad and disappointing. I did read other forums and it might take a while to re-sched an interview again. I'm praying that the docs will still come till friday. ='(

If u can handle the price, UPS International Express Critical can deliver in less than two days from California to the Philippines. It's not cheap, close to $600. I checked their website and if you shipped your documents now it would arrive in Manila about 11:30am Friday morning there.
