Where you will going to have your interview? If its in the phil..cenomar is a must..one of their requirements.

CENOMAR is one the requirements. It's your proof that there's is no legal impediment to your impending marriage to your petitioner.

Don't understand what you mean. Get a CENOMAR and take it with you to the interview.

No CENOMAR = no visa.

No CENOMAR = AP.

= you definitely need your cenomar, if you can't have it till the day of your interview and all the rest of your papers are okay then the embassy will ask you send it and your application will be in Administrative process status till they receive it and will be reviewed further..it means another waiting time for you and your fiancé..?

You should go get one quickly.

Then make sure you have everything listed in the embassy instructions letter. If you don't have everything at interview expect delays,

Go get one soon-ish! Like what the rest mentioned, there's really no way going around it. And from what I know it can take up to 4 days to get one from NSO, but just the same do request for one asap. You can still attend the interview but expect a 221g form, requesting for the cenomar, which you will mail to USEM via 2Go once you have it. (http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/221G-Hold.html). Delay might take weeks for visa issuance after you sent it. All the best to your upcoming interview.

You can get CENOMAR in one day. If you go to interview without it, they will get one for you, but that is a mistake as it will hold you up by 4 weeks or more. Do the smart thing and get it yourself in advance.

There are people around the NSO office that offers 1 day process of Birth cert and CENOMAR, well you will have to pay more for this. Just try rather than be sorry
