exactly what i was looking for. so we should answer no? i dont think i have any vaccinations (except for polio i guess) so hence no records... but if i answer "no" now, wont it raise some red flags or something? i was just wondering if it would be better to get the vaccinations and then finally we get to write "yes". idk man

I can tell you that I answered YES knowing that I will be vaccinated for any of the missing age appropriate vaccines by the time the interview comes along.

STOP!

Do not answer questions based on what you think you will do. The question in this case is do you have a document... So unless you HAVE the document the answer is no. Inaccuracies/lying is a much bigger red flag!

and you can answer 'no' explaining you'll receive required vaccinations at the medical prior to the Interview. There will not be any consequences for saying no.

I complete DS260 but didn`t submit it and until the last question no ask for photo and i still wondering

I submitted my DS-260 and it doesn't ask for a photo so it is apparently not needed.

From the official DV-2015 instructions I've read, the only photos needed are 2 for the interview, and in some countries, 1 for the medical exam.

DV-2015 Selectee - Case Number SA03xx - Born in Trinidad, WI / Grew up in Canada - Successful interview: Oct 2nd, 2014 @ Montreal
