Hi Everyone,

Just want to say thanks for all the help. After the long waiting, the status has changed to Issued on CEAC website.

The case was in Islamabad, Pakistan. So hopefully my wife will get her passport within a month and will be here with me shortly.

Any one else get approved this month and if so how long did it take for you to receive your passport??

Thanks again for everyone that help and may God get everyone though this process fast.

Hi,

Congratulations! My fiance's status changed to Issued on 5/2. Had visa in hand on 5/10. Inshallah your wife will be with you shortly.

That's great news! My fiance will be coming here the end of the month. We're trying to get as many medical/dental things done in Pakistan before he gets here. If you don't mind me asking, where did your wife have her medical exam done? We haven't found anyplace in the Lahore area to have two of his vaccines administered and we'd really like to have them done before coming to the US. Also, you may already know this, but if she is flying after June 1 she will have to present a Polio Vaccine certificate to leave Pakistan even though it's not listed as a vaccine most need to get.
