Did you put in the change of address with the USCIS when you moved? They should know you moved. You can provide proof of living together at the old address and the new. The evidence spans the whole time of your marriage. People move. I am sure they see evidence spread out from different addresses all the time.

Here is OP previous thread

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/490278-cr-1-visa-and-visa-lottery/#entry6935224

Seems like his story keeps changing

Thank you for that, and the link to the other post in that thread too.

OP > if you have not lived together, then do not lie and say you did. If she left you as soon as she received her green card, then why would you even want to help her get a 10 year card? Divorce her and let her worry about it.

OP: I think you should not be asking here questions. If you are a US citizen then just dump her like a bad habit and move on. Why do you care? She obviouly ripped you off at the first place. Otherwise she wouldn't not left you two weeks later she got her conditional GC. No need to worry about address change...unless you guys are now reunited and living happily ever after...

I smell something fishy. I suspect OP is the beneficiary judging from the way he wrote his post. If my 2 cent theory is correct (and sorry if I offend anyone) OP's marriage is not exactly legit and something has gone wrong.

OP: if you are looking for advices to help fix a shame marriage I think you are at the wrong forum. We may not offer you much here. Now if your marriage is legit you should stop making it look terrible for us to offer you advices. Tell us the real story and timeline and we'll be able to help you.

Huy_le: I was suspicious from the first post, since his English was so broken. But then I thought, who knows maybe he is a naturalized citizen and that's why. But seeing these previous threads now I am also sort of skeptic on things...OP: no offense, but you need to clarify things for us so we believe you and can guide you (if you're willing to do "work with us").

Indeed, multiple posts with different stories, at one point he claimed that he was leaving his wife, and now he is so concerned about the ROC. To me though, it is not logical that the beneficiary is not very concerned about ROC while USC partner is very active. If the marriage is to the point of falling out very few USC partners would take strong interest in helping their partners obtain GC, let alone when their partners (beneficiaries) show very little interest in taking care of their own businesses.

If OP fails to convince me, I seriously doubt he would be able to convince more experienced and well-trained IOs at USCIS.
