Ahh... didn't finish reading your comment. Thanks, I'll do this as last option after service request, if warrented. However, I wish we can do something to change the way the system works. It might be a pile of paper work to these people, but it's such a waste of time and energy for everyone to put their lives on hold.

Igor's list is, pretty much, completely worthless for TSC filers so it is pointless to even look or at your own estimated timeline. Just figure 130 - 170 days from your NOA1 and save yourself additional stress by looking at estimates. Too many incorrect timelines out there.

I keep my focus on wanting to be there in October. I'm hoping hard and I really don't look at Igor's or other topics anymore. I'm sure we've all heard the saying "A watched pot never boils.".

Igor's list is also of no help what so ever in my opinion.

The indication of 1-2 petitions approved every other day means almost nothing because the days in between are so random. There's no way to really get anything from it, it's basically a random list of people who randomly got approved, pretty much.

It's hard to stay patient but it's harder to keep getting upset with no updates.

Hey guys! I have 2 questions that have been on my mind and hoping someone can help me with them.

1: Is it too early to send for a police certificate now? (I've read on the London embassy website that it's valid for 12 Months?)

2: With the affidavit of support, Does he really need a letter from his employer? A bank statement? (If "Yes" with the bank statement, Can he blank out his account number and such? and just leave his name and how much comes in each Month? Or will an employer letter cover that?)

From what I understand, London is pretty easy with the interviews & such. I'm the petitioner & I plan on sending him my most recent pay stubs (as soon as we get the noa2) I already got my tax papers from the irs & I'll get a letter from my employer. I don't think bank statements are necessary if he makes enough. Also, Matt is moving in a week, & once he's moved he plans on getting his police records & medical records (for his vaccination history) right away. It never hurts to be prepared early (just in case Texas speeds up soon-I want him prepared). I filed in April btw.

I'm pretty sure police reports are valid for one year, so you should be fine. Hiroshi, you're London, right? I've read over there that they only need your most recent one. Two valid forms of proof of your income. I'll get them 3, just in case. Most recent tax report, 2 check stubs & a letter from my employer. Obviously, the latter two should wait until the case is transferred...

You will need to get it for the medical and interview stages of the visa. You will have to print out this form complete it and return it with the fees.

That what I was thinking, But I have seen a lot of people saying that the sooner to the interview it is, The better. But I don't know, I'll risk it and get it now anyways
